3 in 1: Buffer storage, individual removal, integrated crane
The compact system provides everything that is required for handling directly at the machine. The basic framework is a drawer rack for sheets with swivel-mounted attachment structure and is ideal for easy loading and unloading. An attachment is located on the rack as a buffer store to increase the warehouse capacities. As an alternative, the complete system can also be loaded from the rear.
A crane pillar is located directly on the rack frame, the pivoting jib of which is equipped with a vacuum lifting device for plate material. As an alternative, instead of the fixed roof level of the structure, a flat pallet magazine can be installed.

Working method:
The compact system provides everything that is required for handling directly at the machine, in the most confined space. The basic rack with pivoting projection forms easy storage and removal of the basic framework.
An attachment is located on the rack as a buffer store to increase the warehouse capacities. As an alternative, the complete system can also be loaded from the rear. A crane pillar is located directly on the rack frame, the pivoting jib of which is equipped with a vacuum lifting device for plate material. As an alternative, instead of the fixed roof level of the structure, a flat pallet magazine can be installed.
Design – Multi-functional compact system, consisting of:
Base rack with swivel pull-out tray
Robust steel construction, drawers running on wheel flange rollers, rungs for securing the metal plates, individually lockable roll-outs for the metal plates for optimized safety.
Space-saving, collapsible extensions in the aisles between the racks fold away when they are not needed.
Loading from the rear by way of a forklift is optionally possible, as the rear of the rack was designed without diagonal cross struts. In order to allow for sufficient working height for loading, the drawer above the rack to be loaded is pulled forward and out.
Rigid roof structure
DA rigid roof structure, or alternatively a flat pallet depot with individually removable cartridges above the actual rack, increases the rack’s capacity by several additional drawers.
The rigid drawers can also be loaded from the front or the rear, but are not extractable. Ideally suited for sheet metal packets, allowing for optimized use of available spaces.
Integrated crane
No additional crane unit or additional foundations for a separate swivel arm crane required, as the compact system includes an integrated crane column directly in the rack. A great cost and time saver, and the functionality is adaptable specifically to the requirements of each customer.
When not in use, the crane can be folded away flush with the rack, freeing up space in the work aisles, as do the pivoting fronts.
Optional: Vacuum hoist for metal sheets
- Hoisting device directly attached to the swivel crane, to be used with a vacuum-operated suction lift for the removal of individual metal sheets. User-friendly, easy to operate pivoting functions. Ideally suited for transporting metal sheets to process machinery. Ergonomic handling and good accessibility of the operating elements and the gentle uptake of the metal sheets by way of suction cups will soon make this multi-functional compact system a must have for every production process.
